This is Us season 6: Kevin and Madison are not married (but are friendly)

Other than the low-hanging fruit of “living with COVID” that so many shows gravitated towards in 2020 and 2021, the big interwoven story throughout the fifth season was all about Kevin and Madison’s wedding. While this show did pull the rug out from everyone’s feet when the couple called it off, this was not the end of Kevin and Madison’s friendship. In the flash-forward to Kate’s wedding, the former fiancée’s were joking and happy to see one another. This was not the only talking point from this scene, however…

The first love of Kevin has always been and always will be Sophie. This childhood crush blossomed into a naïve and impulsive marriage before predictably coming to an end. This relationship has had glimmers of hope and sparks of passion before fizzling out shortly thereafter. However, with Kevin’s hotel room during the flash-forward to Kate’s second wedding, it looked like he was not alone. This also comes with the fact that previous flash-forwards have seen Kevin displaying proof he is married. Therefore, we will definitely see Kevin find himself a wife in This is Us season 6, but who will it be? Is it going to be Sophie? Madison? Zoe? Cassidy?
