These are the characters from Bridgerton we need to see more of in Bridgerton Season 3.

It’s time once again to take a deeper look at some of the characters from Netflix’s Bridgerton to find out which we most want to see in season 3. Will you be surprised by which characters made the list?

After all, season 2 reintroduced several characters we already know quite well. With the additions of the Sharma sisters, we also had the Featherington heir Cousin Jack, Kate’s dog Newton, and Eloise’s ex-friend Theo Sharpe.

Even so, there are some we want to see more than others next season. Before going forward, spoilers ahead for those who have not caught up with the show.

5. Bridgerton Season 3 hopeful: Edwina

She may not have found love by the end of the season but don’t count Edwina out just yet. Queen Charlotte may make good on her word, which means we may see the youngest Sharma sister linked arm in arm with a prince.

As long as he treats her right, she deserves him and more. As far as we can gather, both she and her mother do not return to India by the end of the season.

It was mentioned that Lady Danbury would provide for them, but does that mean they will be staying in London forever? We saw but a glimpse of Edwina’s greatness and I look forward to seeing what she will do next.

Will she become a close ally to Queen Charlotte, or will larger endeavors await her? We’ll have to wait and see!

4. Bridgerton Season 3 hopeful: Tessa

Now that Benedict is leaving the Royal Academy of the Arts, does this mean his relationship with the nude model and fellow artist, Tessa is over? Calling it a “relationship” might not be the best word to describe them, but it did look as though Benedict really liked her.

Was he in love with her? Maybe?

Did he just love being in her company? Possibly?

While audiences may have focused more so on Anthony’s love life than Benedict’s, he did have his fair share of potential love interests since season 1. It’s possible that Bridgerton season 3 will focus on him finding love in which case Tessa has a 50/50 shot of returning.

3. Bridgerton Season 3 hopeful: Anthony and Kate

Admittedly, we may have cheated a bit on this one but will the new, favorite Bridgerton couple return for season 3? Unless they are out galivanting around the world, they should be.

Why? Aside from the fact they are extremely likable characters, Anthony is the Viscount and Kate the Viscountess of the Bridgerton household.

Since the series is named and focuses on the Bridgerton family, there should be no excuse not to see the newlyweds. True, we probably won’t see them a lot, but they should be seen around the Bridgerton family and attending the same parties.

Eloise in particular seemed to get along well with Kate. Honestly, I look forward to seeing them again.

I’m curious how their marriage will evolve and how soon we will see Kate expecting her first baby.

2. Bridgerton Season 3 hopeful: Newton

We cannot create this list without mentioning Kate’s beloved Corgi Newton. I am honestly a little upset we didn’t see more of him.

For such a small character he had a big spirit. He didn’t like Anthony at first and he is the reason both Anthony and Mr. Dorset fall into the lake.

I did chuckle when Newton and Lady Danbury had their little stare down in the beginning of the season. He’s got spunk!

Newton is a member of the Bridgerton family now and if there is anything women love more than clothing or jewels it’s their dog. Please tell me we see this adorable little fellow in the next season.

1. Bridgerton Season 3 hopeful: Lady Danbury

Congratulations, Lady Danbury has made both lists back-to-back! Yes, Lady Danbury indeed deserves to be on this list again because she’s such a joy to watch, no matter the scene!

Like the previous season, Lady Danbury played a key role in bringing two characters together. While she may not have seen what would become ‘the greatest love triangle ever’ unfolding, she wasn’t going to sit by and do nothing about it either.

As much as she and Kate might have gotten off on the wrong front in the beginning of the season, they soon became close. Lady Danbury may have been the only person to really understand and get through to Kate as she watched the eldest Sharma sister crumble in her conflict between duty and love.

Since Edwina and Lady Mary Sheffield Sharma will be staying in London a bit longer, there should be no reason not to see Lady Danbury in season 3. In the meantime, I will miss her words of wisdom and humor.
