When will each episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi air on Disney Plus?

We are merely days away from episodes 1 and 2 of the upcoming Disney Plus Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi. Ewan McGregor (films Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and post-production Pinocchio) reprises the role of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.

After the events of Revenge of the Sith, he is living in hiding on Tatooine where he can keep a watchful eye on Anakin Skywalker’s son Luke Skywalker. Child Luke is under the care of Anakin’s stepbrother Owen Lars and his wife Beru.

Trouble is that Anakin’s reign as the powerful Darth Vader is only beginning which means no Jedi is safe. Obi-Wan Kenobi knows Anakin will search the hardest for him after the painfully and heartbreaking defeat at Mustafar.

There is no doubt he will have many close calls as he watches over Luke from afar. Especially with the highly trained and deadly Inquisitors on the search.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is a limited series, running for six episodes. Today, thanks to the Nerdist on Twitter we know when each episode will air on Disney Plus.

As we can see, episodes 1 and 2 will be airing on Friday May 27. Afterward episodes 3-6 will be airing each week on Wednesday.

Again, we found this quite interesting as Marvel Studios Ms. Marvel’s first episode will be airing on June 8, the same day as Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 4. You can read our little tidbit about that here.
