We’ve been actively trying to avoid any spoilers regarding the third and final season of Derry Girls but we found one spoiler worth talking about! As we wait for Derry Girls season 3 to arrive on Netflix, the final season has aired on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom.

Thanks to the beauty of the internet, we’ve been dodging spoilers ever since. Until now.

They are brought to an RUC (Royal Ulster Constabulary) Officer who is played by none other than Liam Neeson. The acting legend himself, known for his roles in films such as Rob Roy, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, Taken, The Lego Movie and countless others is playing an authoritative role, putting the group to the test to see who will crack under pressure.

What role is Liam Neeson playing in Derry Girls season 3?

The obvious answer would be Clare of course. The almost four-minute clip posted on the Channel 4 YouTube Channel reveals that suspicious activity has taken place at the Our Lady Immaculate College.

As per usual for the group, they are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Or are they actually responsible for what has occurred?

Regardless, Erin and Michelle remain levelheaded, able to easily keep the group afloat in this tense situation until Neeson requires a parent or guardian as they are indeed minors. But who can they possibly call?
