She-Hulk’s very name could easily be taken away if she loses her case against Titania. In a released clip from the next episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, we get to formally meet Titania.

There has yet to be an explanation as to why the superpowered influencer literally crashed Jennifer’s first case, forcing her to reveal her Hulk secret. Ironically, the first physical fight between the two isn’t the reason Jennifer finds herself in court.

It seems Titania has copyrighted “She-Hulk”. But why did she do this?

Is she jealous that She-Hulk is becoming more popular than her? Is she using the name as a cash grab?

What happens in the new She-Hulk: Attorney at Law clip?

Or is there a bigger plot at hand? Jennifer didn’t copyright the name as she didn’t feel the need to.

From the little we see in the new clip, Jennifer’s lawyer is thorough, competent and makes a valid statement. She-Hulk has been attached to Jennifer well before Titania’s copyright claim.

But will that be enough to win the case? Titania speaks out when her products are called shams, trying to use her influencer popularity and devoted fans to prove her point.

Titania’s character appears to be a mockery of the “influencer” identity as a whole. She’s very vain, believes her popularity will get her anything she wants and doesn’t see the whole picture.

We’re sure Titania and She-Hulk will meet again outside the courtroom, which will surely be the catfight of the century. You can watch the new She-Hulk: Attorney at Law clip here:
