What happens during First Look of Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story?
A first look at the upcoming Bridgerton spinoff Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story has been released. In the clip posted to the Netflix YouTube Channel, we watch Charlotte and George meet for the first time.
Charlotte, played by India Amarteifio, is attempting to climb a wall but cannot do it on her own. George played by Corey Mylchreest arrives, perplexed and amused by her struggle.
The two do not exchange names as Charlotte is persistent in climbing the wall. She confesses to the young man that she wants to climb over the wall to see if the king is indeed a monster or troll.
George finds her endeavor odd and confesses he will not help her as she is avoiding meeting her future husband. Charlotte was not aware that the man before her is her future husband, as the scene comes to a close.
How do Charlotte and George meet in Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story?
We found several things interesting in Charlotte and George’s first interaction. Firstly, Charlotte’s personality is oddly similar to Eloise Bridgerton.
They are both determined, strong willed women who disregard duty if it means they will find the answers they seek. Secondly, the chemistry between Charlotte and George is palpable.
We can already predict how their relationship will progress. Thirdly, who is this king she is speaking of?
Is it George’s father or George himself? If it is George’s father, perhaps he’s suffering from the unfortunate condition his son will also suffer from in the future?
If it is George the son, perhaps he too is already showing early signs of the condition? Or perhaps he simply prefers his privacy and the company of only close friends and family.
We were very excited to see that we won’t have to wait too much longer to watch their romance bloom, as Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story will arrive to the streaming platform next year. You can watch the full clip of the Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story first look here:
