Your eyes are not deceiving you! If you have recently made a trip to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland, you may have noticed two new Star Wars characters have arrived.

They would be Mandalorian Din Djarin and Grogu from the Disney Plus Star Wars series, The Mandalorian. Din Djarin has been seen dressed in his shiny and protective armor made of beskar while carrying the little baby Grogu in a satchel at his waist.

For those unfamiliar, Galaxy’s Edge is located in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. It is a land based on Star Wars, focusing on the more recent films of The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker.

That means Star Wars characters like Kylo Ren, Rey and Chewbacca were commonplace. This includes interactions with First Order Troopers.

How will Din Djarin and Grogu’s arrival change Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland?

While you wander the land you become immersed on the planet Batuu, hearing sounds of starships and droids and seeing unique buildings and structures like the Millennium Falcon. News of Din Djarin and Grogu’s arrival was spread over the summer, as Boba Fett and Fennec Shand from The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, made their grand debut at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland as well.

What does this mean for the future of Galaxy’s Edge? Will Star Wars fans see more popular and recent characters like Cassian Andor or Ahsoka Tano?

What does this for mean for characters like Kylo Ren, Rey and Chewbacca? Will Din Djarin, Grogu, Boba Fett, and Fennec Shand arrive at Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World as well?

For now, those questions remain unanswered. All the same, we look forward to the new additions to Batuu and wonder with excitement, who might arrive next in the near future.
