Mayor of Kingstown Jeremy Renner has been released from the hospital

Season 2 of Paramount Plus’ Mayor of Kingstown has arrived! Starring Jeremy Renner, Emma Laird, Dianne Wiest, Nichole Galicia, Kyle Chandler, and several more talented actors, is back and so is the McLusky family.

But there’s more good news! Jeremy Renner, who suffered an injury in a snowplow accident earlier this month has been released from the hospital.

The accident, which took place not far from his home in Reno, Nevada happened as Mr. Renner was plowing snow to clear driveways. The actor, also known for his Marvel role as Clint Barton AKA: Hawkeye, has been sharing and posting tweets about the new season of Mayor of Kingstown.

In one tweet in particular, he mentioned how happy he was to be able to watch the first episode of season 2 with his family at home. But his recovery might still be a long and uncertain road.

Jeremy Renner is back home with his family after snowplow accident.

According to RadarOnline one of Renner’s close friends commented that the results of the accident, “much worse than anyone knows”. According to another insider, “Word is the damage to Jeremy’s chest was so substantial it had to be reconstructed in surgery,”.

We’ll wait to hear official confirmation about where Renner is headed next in his recovery. We, as we’re sure his fans as well, are hoping his recovery will be as painless and swift as possible.

We at Show Snob are thrilled to hear the good news and wish Mr. Renner the best as he continues his recovery. You can catch up on season 1 of Mayor of Kingstown on Paramount Plus.
