Although we are still months away from the premiere of The Walking Dead spinoff, The Walking Dead: Dead City, fans might be getting a little treat at this year’s WonderCon. The convention, taking place from Friday, March 24-Sunday, March 26, will be located at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Guests, panels, artists, autographs, and the like will be present and possible. Amongst the scheduled panels is The Walking Dead: Dead City panel on Saturday, March 25 at 1:30PM PST with panelists Lauren Cohan, Gaius Charles, and Eli Jorne.

What news, or possible spoilers will be revealed? Will there be a special guest appearance?

What is The Walking Dead: Dead City about?

The Walking Dead: Dead City, previously titled, Isle of the Dead, kicked off The Walking Dead spinoff filming spree, by filming at several New Jersey locations. The Rick and Michonne spinoff is also filming in New Jersey, whereas the Daryl Dixon spinoff films in France.

Several teasers for The Walking Dead: Dead City have been released, providing clues as to what is going on, including Hershel Jr.’s kidnapping, Negan’s Wanted poster and plenty of grotesque walkers to fill your dreams with nightmares. But why is the story taking place in New York City?

How is it that Maggie and Negan were able to reconnect after his departure in The Walking Dead series finale? As we draw closer to the premiere, we’ll be keeping our ears and eyes open for more updates!
