Ms. Marvel returns in The Marvels official teaser trailer

The Marvels teaser trailer has officially been released, revealing how Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Ms. Marvel meet and work together against an unknown foe. It seems Ms. Marvel AKA: Kamala Khan hasn’t changed a bit since audiences last saw her in her own Disney Plus Marvel show.

Ms. Marvel is essentially an origin story about the Muslim American, highly energetic, relatable, and bubbly high school student, Kamala Khan. She navigates her life as a student, devoted daughter to her strict household, and superfan of Captain Marvel.

But when she receives powerful bracelets from a relative in Pakistan, everything changes. Outside of government forces, Kamala must also deal with old enemies of the family and somehow keep all of this a secret from her loved ones.

By the end of season 1 it seems as though Kamala is able to be both herself and the daughter her parents want. She has a superhero costume and is slowly beginning to learn how to control her powers.

How will Ms. Marvel, Monica Rambeau and Captain Marvel work together in The Marvels?

Now it seems her very powers are what’s causing a whole lot of problems for herself, Captain Marvel and Monica Rambeau. It appears as though the moment one of them uses their powers, the others are affected.

One moment Monica is in a spacesuit working with Nick Fury and the next we see Kamala Khan in her place. What is causing this forced teleportation?

How will our heroes manage using their powers without causing this phenomenon? Since Nick Fury appears in the trailer, does this mean The Marvels takes place before or after Secret Invasion?
