Season 1 episode 2 of Stone Cold Takes on America aired on A&E this past Sunday, and the laughs and excitement were all there, just like last time…if not a little more. The second episode did not disappoint.

The network has been running many pro-wrestling-themed shows and documentaries on what they’ve called “Superstar Sundays.” For those non-wrestling fans out there, “superstars” are what WWE has been known to call its wrestlers.

This is due to the WWE’s focus being more geared towards a sports/entertainment-focused audience than just sports fans. All in all, pro wrestlers are great entertainers.

Just take a look at John Cena and his epic film and television career. Of course, who can forget Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dave Bautista as well.

These dudes can sure act when they put their minds to it. But Stone Cold Steve Austin is one entertaining fellow in his own right, as we went into last time.

He made some great action flicks in his day, and his TV shows have always been entertaining. Just as we saw in episode two this past Sunday, Steve Austin is proving to have loads of charisma, which we already knew.

But to pull off a show such as this one, it takes a little more in terms of that je ne sais quoi, as they call it. The premise of the show is to put the man on the job, so to speak, by trying out certain lines of work or activities he is challenged to participate in on social media from his fans, and followers.

And step up to the plate he has indeed, so far. This week, one of the tasks at hand was…get ready for it now…working the counter and window at a burger place of all places.

What? I said he works the counter at a burger place.

What? I said Stone Cold Steve Austin works the counter and window at a local burger place in Nevada!

Of course, I’m just poking a little fun at his old, “What?”, catchphrase during his wrestling days. If you’re a fan, you know.

If you aren’t, pardon the excursion to epic pro wrestling days gone by, and boy have they gone by; Austin’s heyday was a whopping 20 years ago!

But back to the episode… He did great at the burger place—even found an appreciation for those taking orders on a daily basis.

But the laughs during these scenes are indeed plentiful. The other two tasks for the episode are activities and not really jobs, but the audience gets to see him drift racing with a young brother and sister duo that teach him the ropes.

Did he manage a decent drift you ask? Well, you can watch the episode and find out—no spoilers here, but hey…he is Steve Austin.

He has been known to handle anything with wheels pretty well.

He was a former forklift driver before turning to a career of full-time wrestling down in Texas, which was where he got his start. He loves vehicles of any kind, as we also learned last time.

His final challenge of episode 2 was thrown at him, quite literally, by a bunch of competitive and award-winning axe throwers. He ends up having a bout of two on two with two such throwers and does he win?

Check it out on A&E and have a look-see… You’re missing out on something special if you haven’t watched this show, dear readers.

Please do so for all the laughs and excitement.
