5 TV show 2023 San Diego Comic-Con exclusive Funko Pops!

Later this month, tons of fans will flock to San Diego, California to the San Diego Convention Center for the king of all conventions; Comic-Con! Amongst the celebrities, cosplayers, and guests, there will be several notable and famous companies and brands such as LEGO, Star Wars, Tokidoki, and the ever-famous creator of Funko Pops!, Funko.

In anticipation of the upcoming convention, Funko has been slowly releasing updates about which products will be San Diego Comic-Con exclusives. We wanted to talk more about 5 of these exclusive Pops! from the realm of television.

1. The Powerpuff Girls

Who can mistake Blossom, Bubbles or Buttercup for anyone else? These three lab-created little girls made of up of sugar, spice and everything nice, battled bad guys while also attending Pokey Oaks Kindergarten in The Powerpuff Girls.

All three are now a welcomed addition to Funko’s Diamond Collection, posed flying in the air and dressed in their iconic outfits and established colors of pink, blue and green. The best part is these exclusive Pops! come in a 3-pack!

2. Transformers

More than meets the eye are two Transformers Pops!: Autobot Rodimus Prime and Decepticon Galvatron. The duo come together in a 2 Pack, which makes sense considering their history.

Transformers itself has quite the history, arriving to televisions in 1984. This duo would make an excellent addition to any Transformers or Funko collection!

3. Ted Lasso

For those who simply cannot get enough of Ted Lasso, the three season show from Apple TV+ has a great selection of Pops! to choose from! Although not listed as a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive, we simply could not exclude them from our list.

4. Shadow and Bone

A Pop! of the main character of Netflix’s Shadow and Bone itself has arrived! From an orphanage to becoming one of the most powerful Grisha, it’s Alina Starkov.

While we wait for news about a season 3, you can read the books while keeping this Pop! nearby.

5. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

The 90s will be remembered for countless things, especially The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I bet you just sang some of the theme song lyrics just now, didn’t you?

Yes, the group of teenagers from Angel Grove who attended high school while also fighting countless monsters in order to protect Earth, remains just as popular now as it was then. Funko has decided to release the exclusive Pop! of the dreaded yet very entertaining Rita Repulsa.

You simply cannot have Power Rangers Pops! and not include Rita! She’s waited over 10 thousand years after all!
