AMC drops brand new key art for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon

In The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Daryl washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan.

It seems more and more excitement and teasers come daily for this new spinoff. We have also met another face to add to the collection, a young nun named Sylvia who Daryl will ultimately cross paths with. Will she become a friend or foe to the heroic leader?

We have already met Isabelle and Laurent, two key characters in The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon series that play a large role in this spinoff. Daryl must help Laurent to get a ticket back home to his real family. Daryl is a man with a huge heart and that shines through in this show even if he does want to get back home more than anything.

He can’t help but feel for people and that is one of the most loving things about the character. It’s hard to say if Dixon believes in The Union of Hope yet but he believes they believe it. He knows the nuns believe he was sent by God to deliver Laurent to revive humanity. Hope is very much alive throughout this story and Daryl is a huge message of hope behind it, as is Laurent who is the hope for the future.

In the new trailer above we get another fun look at Fallou played by the great Eriq Ebouaney. The all-new look shows Daryl possibly following the nuns’ rules of the road, and now he’s taken matters into his own hands and doing it his way. Fallou exclaims that the city of Paris is crying and believes in Daryl Dixon. After all, if he was sent by God he was sent for a very good reason. In Fallou’s own way, he is probably telling Isabelle to trust in him.
