Now that Alfie has the Tianshang weapons in his possession, what happens now? Po and his friends have to come up with a new plan in Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight season 3 episode 12.

Now in possession of all the Tianshang weapons, Alfie’s plan can now begin. By using the weapons, he is going to reconnect the world, literally, by pulling all of the countries back together as they once were.

Before the Tianshang weapons were destroyed, the world was one land: Pangea. By reuniting all the lands, Alfie plans to rule over them and ensure everlasting peace.

To make sure his dream can become a reality, Alfie destroys the Forge, meaning any hope our heroes had in destroying the weapons is now gone. Believing she can talk sense into her brother, Wandering Blade decides to go with him.

Together with his sister and mother, Alfie vanishes. Po and the group are forced to retreat back to the streets of London where the repercussions of Alfie’s decision begin to show.

The world around them is constantly shaking and moving, as literal pieces of land move toward each other and connect. With the Forge destroyed, they lack options outside of helping those in need.

The group agrees to split up, go back to their respective homes, help those who need it and return within a month.

Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight season 3, episode 12 recap – Alfie?

Wandering Blade and her mother are transported back home where Alfie is ready to spend time with them, while ignoring the fact the world is crumbling around them. Alfie misinterprets it as a means of using the weapons to help others.

He begins by doing smaller deeds like putting out fires and moving fallen trees that are blocking roadways, all with his sister by his side. However, things go sideways when Alfie and Wandering Blade find Weimin getting heckled by villains from prior seasons.

In fact, many characters our heroes have faced resurface in this episode including little Hammer Hands. Turns out Alfie has no room or mercy for those who want to cause harm and trouble in his new Pangea.

When you think he’s going to crush the leader of the group against a rock, he instead lifts the rock and crushes him with it instead! Alfie’s violent act horrifies Wandering Blade!

So much so that when they return home, Blade admits to her brother that she will not agree with his methods. As a result, he lifts their entire childhood home, with their mother inside, to the sky.

With no other choice, Wandering Blade seeks Po’s help.

Po, meantime, has been traveling back home to China, facing irregular weather patterns and constant unsteady ground. He meets others who begin telling him of their troubles, which, by all accounts, sounds like issues very similarly as a result of our own global warming.

When he finally returns home, Po is immediately brought to the Emperor of China. As we remember, Po’s title of Dragon Master was removed when he failed to stop Klaus and Veruca in the opening episode of season 1.

But since the season 1 finale, the Emperor has seen Po’s work and good deeds, and thus reinstated his title. He asks that Po save China once more from the current problem.

Po, however, comes to the realization that everything that has been happening is all his fault. He sulks all the way home, where he finds his dad and Forouzan cooking noodle soup together.

They are happy to see him, but Po doesn’t have any good news to share. What he doesn’t know is that Wandering Blade is there to ask for his help with Alfie.

Po bluntly declines.

Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight season 3, episode 12 review

Oh boy, Alfie is out of control. Who knows what he will do next!

I’m glad to see that Po got his title of Dragon Master returned to him once again! I’m equally glad to see that even in the face of the situation, Po’s upbeat personality continues to shine through!

I honestly missed his, on the go, making it up as he goes, funny yet epic songs. Overall, I don’t have much to add to this review as the episode was simple, effective and an easy watch.

I might have chuckled at Wandering Blade’s very…expressive…reaction to Alfie killing the bad guy hassling Weimin. I mean, I don’t recall her looking as terrified when Alfie was killed, essentially, right in front of her as a kid…

But I understand the reason for it. Alfie was always seen as an honorable, loyal, knight and not someone who plays judge, jury and executioner without even blinking.

It goes to show that this is not the same Alfie she once knew. This is not her brother and Wandering Blade will have no choice but to stop him.

How will Po and his friends defeat Alfie if the Forge has been destroyed?
