Things aren’t looking too bright for Jackie Price in Kill Jackie episode 7, but she’s holding on.

She and Gwen were abducted by Karenina at the end of episode 6. Karenina has the women tied in the back of her van, and she also informs Friedrich of her accomplishment. He’s happy Jackie is finally apprehended and instructs her to bring them to the vineyard Markel has agreed to give as a sign of good faith for their future business prospects.

At the vineyard, Markel and his son fly off in a helicopter, but Markel Jr. doesn’t look very pleased with the transaction and reminds his father that he just gave up his grandfather’s property. However, Markel believes it’s a small price to pay for the riches they will receive with the new agreement.

Somewhere in San Sebastian, Sean wakes up with a hangover and gets ready for another one. However, when he looks from his balcony, he sees a familiar yacht coming his way. He instantly panics and can’t believe the man on board found him. The man who comes to visit Sean is his father and billionaire, Mr. Harper.

By the look on Sean’s face, it is evident that he and his father don’t enjoy a healthy relationship. When they both sit down for breakfast, his father insults Sean’s attire and calls him a coward. He also makes his son feel guilty of being stupid and regrets the fact that he can’t father more children, so he is stuck with the stupid one.

To explain the purpose of his visit, Mr. Harper inquires about the frequent payments of $500,000 Sean has been making to a shell company that doesn’t seem to exist. At first, Sean doesn’t admit, but his father’s glare eventually makes him reveal the truth. He tells Mr. Harper he thought he loved a particular painting above the fireplace in his home.

He wanted to get his father the complete set to make him proud, and those were the same paintings that Jackie denied him at the beginning of episode 1. So, when he couldn’t secure the bid, he paid contract killers to kill the person who rejected him. In Sean’s defense, his father would have done the same thing.

Unfortunately, Mr. Harper isn’t too thrilled with Sean’s ways, and he immediately cuts him off. Sean will have no access to any sort of money until he cleans up his mess. His father leaves, and Sean suffers a panic attack because now he can’t pay the Seven Demons the remaining amount of his contract.

He immediately calls Friedrich to tell him to call off the kill contract on Jackie Price. However, Friedrich explains that a contract is like a commitment, and Sean can’t back off. That’s when he reveals he’s broke and his father has seized all his money, so he needs the contract to end. Friedrich is dumbstruck because he just lost his way of securing the deal with Markel. Friedrich is frustrated, but then he texts the Doc, asking her for a favor that might turn the tide for him.

Jackie gets a lifeline

At the back of Karenina’s van, Jackie and Gwen argue about escape plans, but the latter isn’t too cooperative. Gwen is still angry at her mother, and she curses her to die. They try to toy with the handcuffs, but Karenina gloats that she invented them herself with cheap Bluetooth and other parts, making them foolproof.

Jackie tells Gwen she’s thinking of playing mind games with Karenina, since she’s the weak link, but Gwen, hating Jackie, mimics her mother’s plan to Karenina, who laughs at Jackie’s simplicity. Back at his apartment, Sean figures out a way to keep himself protected and loaded. He takes his personal stash of drugs and goes to sell to Markel’s men.

However, what he doesn’t know is that Markel Jr. takes care of the street business. However, Junior learns that Sean’s father is a billionaire and plans to kidnap him for ransom money. He manipulates Sean into believing he’ll buy his stash if he just gets him a meeting with his father. Sean’s stupid, so he agrees and doesn’t read into what Junior is planning.

When they arrive at the boat, Harper’s men are dead, and he’s gone. Sean immediately understands what happened and tells Junior that the Seven Demons took his dad because he couldn’t pay them. Junior confirms if he was talking about the German guy with long hair, and both run away from the scene in panic.

Somewhere in the forest, Sam and Zigor managed to get a ride, and they are on their way to safety. During the drive, Sam tries to explain that he was cornered and threatened; otherwise, he wouldn’t have called Zigor, but the latter doesn’t say anything. They quietly drive, not knowing what’s ahead.

At the vineyard, the Doc arrives, and Friedrich is ever grateful for her help. However, she’s suspicious of his actions and inquires why Friedrich hasn’t found replacements for the dead Demons, unless he’s deciding to end the organization. Friedrich says he doesn’t want to end the Demons but wishes to take them in a different direction, which she will find out in due time. However, the Doc complains that all the secrecy was the reason why they got a divorce.

Friedrich doesn’t care about the Doc’s feelings and is relieved to see she was able to bag Mr. Harper. Friedrich explains to Harper that this isn’t a typical kidnapping and that his son owes him $4 million, which he was supposed to present to someone as a token of trust for a business venture.

Harper understands Friedrich’s predicament and explains to him the business side of things. However, he refuses to pay him a penny, saying they can negotiate on other terms, perhaps a business deal themselves. As they walk through the vineyard, Harper asks Friedrich about the rush he feels when he kills a man. The assassin says he loves the innocence and the oblivion his target feels when he has his aim on them.

As he speaks of the feelings he gets when he kills a human being, he remembers the day he killed Zigor’s wife at the beach. The happy couple was strolling leisurely at the beach when Friedrich shot the woman in the head, leaving Zigor in a lifetime of agony.

The Demon Head loses his army

In Karenina’s van, Jackie tries to bond with her daughter, but she still has her walls up. They talk about how they can get out of here, and Gwen remembers Karenina mentioning she used a cheap Bluetooth in her cuff. This means if more devices connect to it, the others can disconnect.

Jackie kicks the table, and a pair of headphones fall into Gwen’s lap. She uses them to unlock herself, but Karenina sees them on the camera and stops the van. Gwen frees herself, but she leaves her mother behind and runs into the forest. Karenina chases her, and it doesn’t take her long to beat Gwen up and bring her back.

Karenina is angry at Jackie, but she gets angrier when a courier blocks her way in the middle of the road. She understands it is Poltergeist’s delivery for Jackie, and before the courier could hand her the case, Karenina shoots them. Sam and Zigor also arrive at the scene and position themselves so they aren’t exposed.

Karenina is furious that Poltergeist tracked her through her phone and took the case. Inside, there’s a piece of chocolate and a drive that contains Jackie’s hidden finances. Karenina thinks she has struck gold and escapes after shooting Zigor’s car.

At the vineyard, Sean and Junior locate Friedrich and Harper sitting and talking. Junior pushes Sean to take a gun and go confront his father’s kidnappers and save him. Sean complies and goes to rescue his father. Both Friedrich and Sean aim guns at each other, but Harper orders his son to stand down as they are in the middle of negotiations.

When both men refuse to stand down, Harper reveals that he has terminal cancer and will live only for the next three months. He has a significant portion of his wealth stashed away for his son, which he will receive when Harper dies. All Friedrich has to do is wait a couple of months, and he will get his money because Mr. Harper doesn’t respond well to extortion, and he will not bend down to Friedrich even for his son.

Just when it seems the dust has settled, Friedrich turns around and shoots Harper in the head, claiming that the succession process can now begin early. He also starts shooting at Junior and his gang. He manages to kill his men, and Junior makes a run for it. Friedrich follows him, and while chasing Junior, Markel calls him. He inquires whether the funds are ready, and Friedrich lies that they will be soon, and he’s loving the vineyard all the while shooting his one and only son.

Karenina thinks she has won, but there’s already a trap laid for her. A spike strip rolls over the road out of nowhere, and Karenina is forced to stop. As she gets out to survey the area, two men come from behind, inject her in the neck, and she passes out immediately. Jackie has no idea who her survivors are and is confused about the new players in the game.
