But despite all of this, there are still things from the first season that we are waiting around for and chief among these things is the soundtrack of the score for the show.
While the series is being lauded for it’s acting, the soundtrack to the series was actually something that attributed just as powerfully to the mood and the ambiance that was created. It’s easy to say that the show was made by the acting of Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson but their performances were laced with the music from the series and that only further explains why fans want the soundtrack released.
So far, there are no listing out there with a scheduled release date for the soundtrack, but we can likely expect something in the fall months when the show is starting to really pick up the hype for the season season of the show. Obviously, there’s no saying the soundtrack will hit sooner, but as of right now your guess is as good as anyone’s when it comes to when the brilliant True Detective soundtrack will be released.
