The cast of Game of Thrones will be on Conan Tonight
Conan’s Comic Con onslaught continues with Game of Thrones
Conan O’Brien has been all over the 2016 Comic Con. That’s not out of the ordinary, as his show, Conan, is the only one that pays this much attention to Comic Con. Everything that happens at Comic Con is fodder for all of the mainstream entertainment outlets, but not like on Conan. He has been sitting down various casts lately, including Silicon Valley, but now it’s Game of Thrones’ turn.
The cast of Game of Thrones will be on Conan tonight. It’s really just the cherry on top to the rest of his Game of Thrones Comic Con coverage so far. He also transformed himself into Melissandre. Sort of.

In case you wanted to know what Conan would look like as an old woman, well, now you know.
The cast interviews come after Game of Thrones premiered a teaser trailer for the seventh season. While it’s exciting to see the cast after a triumphant season, there’s not all that much for them to talk about. And that goes doubly true for season seven. We won’t be seeing season seven for about a year from now, which will be the longest wait in between seasons we’ve ever had.
But there’s no real reason to get caught on that. Conan knows how to work a Comic Con crowd, and his SDCC interviews tend to be worth watching. It is also appropriate that this is the final day of Comic Con, and Conan has chosen to end his coverage with Game of Thrones. There really isn’t any other series at this points that looms as heavily over Comic Con as Game of Thrones does
Next: Game of Thrones teases season seven.
At this point it sometimes feels like Comic Con exists partially because of Game of Thrones. That’s not true of course, but it’s impossible to deny its draw and influence. Conan, from San Diego Comic Con, will be on tonight on TBS at 11 EST.
