Book an extended stay at Discover Westworld today

HBO doesn’t want you to forget about Westworld, not for a second. To further that cause, they even released a new trailer on the day of the Emmys, a day when many other of HBO’s shows were celebrated. It was a subtle nod that we’ll one day be seeing Westworld bring in truck loads of awards. It probably will, by the way.

More from HBO

Discover Westworld, the online destination for everything to do with the new series, has proven to be one of the most creative marketing decisions in recent memory. The site has hidden away new trailers (both for the series and the fictional Westworld resort/attraction/world,) as well as information on the show disguised as travel information. Users who previously signed up and took the personality profile should now be receiving invitations to book a stay.

It’s much like reserving a room at an actual resort. You pick your duration (rooms don’t open up until October 2nd, when the show premieres,) type of room, and number of guests. They even break down the costs for you — our stay cost well north of a million for a week. Not too bad, all told. When all is said and done there is a confirmation email sent from Delos Destinations and another promise of being contacted soon.

HBO’s promotion of Westworld coupled with the incredible reviews that it has gotten so far have made the wait unbearable. For those that haven’t taken the time to fully explore the site, we urge you to do so. The teases and rewards are more than worth it. We’ll be waiting on pins and needles until the representative, named Aeden, contacts us again. There could be a another trailer at the end of this, though we’ve already seen quite a bit already.
