Jump into the First Issue of the Westworld Weekly
The official Westworld newsletter, The Westworld Weekly, is here to keep you up to date
The first episode of Westworld, titled “The Original” aired last night to great fan-fare. We were already primed to expect something fantastic, and the fledgling series did not disappoint. Sure, there were a few bumps int he road, but otherwise it proved to be a strong showing. HBO, smartly, is not letting up on the Westworld hype, and so the Westworld Weekly is here.
If you’ve previously signed up at Discover Westworld, the first issue of Westworld Weekly should be waiting in your inbox right now. The newsletter comes with an introduction from Aeden, the Guest Services Host. The first newsletter runs down the happenings of the first episode with a column titled “Latest Action.” Listed there is the showdown between Teddy and The Main in Black, listing Teddy as a “Guest-favorite” with a link to the confrontation in question.
Considering how often Teddy was admired by Guests in the first episode, that feels fair.

This is Game of Thrones-level attention to detail, folks.
Having a bonus weekly dose of Westworld every Monday is going to be a nice treat and should help us keep track of the action. You can also get some more information on the Abernathy Ranch, where much of the first episode takes place.
