Join Lisa Joy and Jonathon Nolan for a Facebook Live Event
Westworld’s Jonathon Nolan and Lisa Joy will be part of a Facebook Live event later this month
Westworld is still riding high on its impressive premiere numbers, as it should be. It’s currently the hottest thing around, and the only question right now is whether or not it can keep that going. The first episode opened the floodgates to a new world, and the team behind it want to share even more. That includes Jonathon Nolan, Lisa Joy, and several of the actors.
To facilitate this Westworld will put on a Facebook live event this weekend, on October 9th. That is not only the day of the second episode, “Chestnut,” but it is also the day that Westworld will take the stage at New York Comic Con.

Fans will be able to post questions in the comment section. Also joining Jonathon Nolan and Lisa Joy will be Thandie Newton, Jimmi Simpson, Jeffrey Wright, and Ben Barnes. Even though the first episode of Westworld was fairly straightforward and forthcoming, there are still plenty of questions to be asked about the world. How did Westworld get started? Why is Ford so creepy?
It’s worth noting that Jimmi Simpson hasn’t actually appeared on Westworld yet, though we know that he’s coming up soon. The Facebook event might actually take place before the majority of us — his episode will screen early at Comic Con — will have had a chance to see his character for the fist time. But that’s part of the fun.

Westworld is a huge world that’s begging to be explored. The plan it to due that over the course of five or so seasons, and keep fans involved is a great way to reach that goal.
