Veep Season 6 is Coming in April
Not much surprise there, we suppose
We’ve been waiting on Veep season 6 for too long. Actually, we’ve been waiting the appropriate and usual amount of time, but that still feel like it has been too long. The official Twitter account or showrunner David Mandel has helped to make the pain of waiting a bit easier. Now, at least, we know exactly how much longer we have to binge the previous 5 seasons.
Veep season 6 will premiere on April 14th. How do we know this? Well, because Julia Louis-Dreyfus told us.

It’s business as usual for Veep to premiere in the spring, specifically in April. We were just waiting on the actual date. This also confirms that Veep will indeed be paired with the third and final season of The Leftovers instead of Game of Thrones, so that will be an interesting change.
All we have right now is the date; no trailer and no poster. Considering that April 16th is just over two months away, it’s not going to be much longer until the first teaser drops. What don’t know all that much about the upcoming season except that it will follow Selena after being ousted from the White House while Jonah continues his political climb. A surprising little twist of fate, that.

During filming Veep ran a contest for charity in which two friends could visit the set and chat with some of the cast. That contest is now over, unsurprisingly. We hope you entered while it was still open, as it was for a good cause.
Veep season 6 will premiere on April 16th at 10:30 PM EST. We’ll be there, will you?
