Here’s how to watch Billions season 2, episode 8 “The Kingmaker”

A new episode of Showtime’s hit drama, Billions, will air episode 8 of season 2 tonight and we’ve got the details you need.

Showtime’s Billions is rapidly nearing the end of its successful second season, and tonight, in episode 8, “The Kingmaker,” several plots will be put into motion at one time, that will most likely see Bobbly Axelrod collide with his archnemesis Chuck Rhoades before the season is through.

Here’s the synopsis for Billions season 2, episode 8, “Kingmaker.”

"Axe investigates the breakdown in his Sandicot dealings; Chuck finds dirt on a political rival; Lara tries to ease tensions; Wendy helps Taylor solve a problem at Axe Capital."

In episode 7, “Victory Lap,” we saw Axe decide to call in the debt for the town of Sandicot. Will this come back to haunt him? My question, with each episode that grows closer to the season 2 finale is, when will Axe realize that Chuck’s meddling father was the one that cost him the casino deal?

After watching that clip for tonight’s episode, “The Kingmaker,” I have a feeling that Axe may just be one step closer to finding the source of his problems. There’s also the potentially grave problem of Axe’s former employee going to the U.S. Attorney. What could she possibly have to say to them? Didn’t Axe always keep his dealings above board when she was around? That was her whole reason for being there.
