2. The “I can help” android
Speaking of the little android that could, each cartoon dream we saw just got more and more depressing as the episode progressed. From getting its little arm ripped off and stolen by robbers to witnessing the destruction of mankind and the civilized world, but the little guy’s been around so long that when he’s finally honored for his service for basically recording the world, he’s told that it’s time for him to shut down.
His answer: “I can help.” and it’s actually chilling to watch the little android shut down after all those years of trying to help. What does it mean though? Well, we know that it has something to do with the weird box that Gloria finds in the closet of the motel room because the creepy hand that pops out of the box was very similar to the android’s hand when he turned off his switch.
