3. Winnie’s bathroom conversation with Gloria

Geez, a lot of things go down in bathrooms in this week’s episode. We felt super awkward and slightly entertained when we first meet Winnie in the bathroom when Gloria meets with Ray about her step-father’s murder. This conversation goes south when Winnie is all too eager to talk about everything under the sun from menstruation woes to sex to trying to have children.

We like Winnie though. Forward she may be, she adds more pluck to an already plucky season.

4. Gloria’s inability to make motion sensors work

This is kind of a strange one, but get your tin foil hats on: did you notice that Gloria can’t seem to get any motion sensors to work? In this week’s episode, it’s most predominant in the bathroom scene when we see that Gloria can’t get the automatic sinks or soap dispensers to work. In earlier episodes we see similar things happen with automatic doors.

Question is, what does it mean? Is it just symbolize to show that Gloria just has bad luck? Or is it something deeper? Like Gloria not actually being there a la ghost?
