3. Wedding Bells

Right before Ray and Nikki make the sex tape that will tear apart his brother’s marriage, he pops the big question to Nikki with a ring and everything.

She’s in her stripper wig when he asks though, so he gets a do over and she practically has to tell him word-by-word how to propose. It’s actually a very sweet moment and had us rooting for the couple for a second, but it’s over quick and the couple gets back down to their dirty business of blackmailing and sex tape making. Romantic right?

4. Ray and Emmit’s Big Fight

When Ray is on the bus back home after going suit shopping with Nikki he gets a call from a very angry Emmit and the two finally reach the tipping point.

But, it’s a pretty awkward fight because it sounds like the two have never been in a real heated confrontation before. There’s guilt on Ray’s side (he feels bad that Emmit’s wife actually saw the tape and left), there are f-bombs being thrown around but none of it feels genuine. It’s as if these brothers don’t really want to fight, but they’re being forced to by everyone else around them.

They are past the point of no return now, and by the end of this episode, permanent damage is done on both sides that’s unforgivable.
