Fear the Walking Dead season 3 is preparing to debut on Sunday, June 4, and AMC has released a plethora of all-new photos.

If you aren’t all caught up on AMC’s The Walking Dead spinoff (see — prequel), Fear the Walking Dead, then Memorial Day weekend is the perfect time to get to watching, as the show will return the following Sunday, June 4.

If you haven’t yet seen the official teaser for the new season, then here’s that:

AMC has also released the first bits of information in regard to season 3, episode 1, including the title and synopsis:

Title: “Eye of the Beholder”

Synopsis: “The Clark family find themselves in a dire predicament. They must work together to discover a path to safety.”

From that description, it would appear as if the Clark family will finally be reunited for season 3. When last we saw the scattered remnants of the original group from season 1, they were all attempting to cross the border from Mexico into California.

AMC has also released several new photos for Fear the Walking Dead season 3, which tell a very exciting tale. Here are a few:

Ofelia Salazar (Mercedes Mason) looks like she has survived being kidnapped in the season 2 finale, and is now possibly working with the same man or group that absconded with her.

Victor Strand (Colman Domingo) looks shocked, with his hands covered in blood, in this next photo. Hopefully, we will get to see much more of Strand in season 3, as it seemed to many fans that the character was lost in the shuffle, compared to the storylines of the others, as they all were mostly separated and on their own paths. If the group is truly reuniting in Fear the Walking Dead season 3, then that shouldn’t be a problem.

The next two photos may have come from the same walker horde fight scene. The first is Nick Clark (Frank Dillane), shredding his way through the horde. It appears as if Nick is in an overrun FEMA camp, in the photo. For those of you who didn’t know, Frank Dillane is the son of former Game of Thrones actor, Stephen Dillane (Stannis Baratheon).

And here we have Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis) seemingly punching his way through the same walker horde that Nick is fighting through.

For further proof, Travis is carrying Luciana Galvez (Danay Garcia) out of danger. Luciana is traveling with Nick.

AMC has also released a sneak peak at Fear the Walking Dead season 3, episode 1, “Eye of the Beholder,” featuring Nick and Luciana appearing to have momentarily escaped danger, but Luciana doesn’t wish to slow Nick down, now that she’s injured.

I Will Not Leave You: “Seems Luciana (Danay Garcia) survived the ambush at the border… but for how long?”

From everything we’ve seen, thus far, Fear the Walking Dead season 3 seems to turn up the action and excitement, and it looks like the Clark family group is finally learning how to adapt to the new world they find themselves trying to survive, the zombie apocalypse.
