Game of Thrones season 7, episode 1 live stream: Watch online
Winter is finally here as the Game of Thrones season premiere will air tonight, and we’ve got the information you need to watch the live stream, online.
The long wait from the Game of Thrones season 6 finale to the season 7 premiere is at last, at an end, as HBO will on this night, Sunday, July 16, air the first of seven episodes that will kick off the penultimate season of the series titled — “Dragonstone.”
When last we saw our favorite characters from House Stark, Jon Snow had been newly crowned the King in the North, Sansa helped deliver that crown by delivering the Knights of the Vale to the Battle of Bastards, Bran became the new Three-Eyed Raven and witnessed Jon’s birth at the Tower of Joy in Dorne (to Lord Eddard’s sister — Lyanna Stark), and Arya finally returned to Westeros — from her time in Essos — to exact revenge on Lord Walder Frey, one of the architects of the infamous Red Wedding where her mother Catelyn and brother Robb were murdered. By the end of season 6, everything was coming up Stark.
Here’s where the rest of the major players will begin, when episode 701, “Dragonstone,” airs tonight:
House Lannister: Cersei rules as Queen of Westeros from the Iron Throne in King’s Landing, as Tyrion travels across the Narrow Sea with Daenerys Targaryen and her gigantic armada (and three dragons).
House Targaryen: Daenerys sails across the Narrow Sea with a huge fleet of ships carrying her closest advisors, the Unsullied army, Dothraki Horde, and joined by Houses Tyrell, Greyjoy, and the Dornish Fleet. Daenerys will make her landing at Dragonstone, for which tonight’s episode is named, and she will be escorted there by Drogon (her largest dragon), Viserion and Rhaegal.
House Greyjoy: Look for the new King in the Iron Islands — Euron Greyjoy — to make some major trouble for his niece and nephew, Yara and Theon Greyjoy. Euron has his thousand ships and is ready to battle his remaining family members for control of the missing piece of the Greyjoy fleet currently in an alliance with Daenerys Targaryen.
Here, enjoy every major moment from Game of Thrones, in this massive trailer spanning from the season 1 premiere, “Winter is Coming,” to the season 6 finale, “The Winds of Winter.”
