Jaime Lannister decided to give zero f*cks and charge at Daenerys Targaryen and her full-grown dragon on Game of Thrones episode 704, “The Spoils of War.”

The Kingslayer attempted to become the Queenslayer by charging full speed at Daenerys Targaryen on Game of Thrones season 7, episode 4, “The Spoils of War.” Nothing good can ever come from charging in the wide open against a full-grown dragon who is extremely pissed that he’s a very painful Scorpion bolt sticking through his shoulder. And, Jaime Lannister learned first hand how bad it could get.

And, Jaime Lannister learned first hand how bad it could get. Let’s set the scene: Dany and her army attacked the Lannister lines in order to strike a win against Cersei Lannister. Bronn fired a bolt barely missing Drogon, but the second shot landed deep into the dragon’s shoulder.

Drogon was able to land and destroy the Scorpion, and Dany dropped down to remove the bolt from her dragon’s shoulder, and this is when Jaime saw his opening. Check it out:

This was possibly the most stressful scene we’ve ever watched on Game of Thrones. Two…count them, TWO main characters (three if you consider Drogon) were in the crosshairs for kicking the bucket.

However, we don’t really know the fate of Jaime Lannister, as Bronn knocked him from his horse and into the Blackwater Rush before Drogon bathed him in dragon fire. Now, thanks to that wicked cliffhanger, we get to wait a whole week until we know what happened to our golden-handed anti-hero.
