Who is ready for the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina holiday special?!

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina may not return for season 2 until April 2019, but we won’t have to wait that long to see another episode! Yes, that’s right! The fan-favorite spooky series is doing a holiday special–and it looks epic!

How do we know it looks so epic? Because Netflix just dropped the first official trailer, and we simply can’t get enough. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will continue to focus on Sabrina Spellman’s life as a witch. And if you watched season 1 then you know things have taken a drastic turn in this teenage witch’s life.

The trailer shows the perfect mix between Christmas and all the spooky things we’ve come to love about Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. For instance, you’ll see Christmas ghouls, a creepy Santa abducting Sabrina and a very frightening zombie-esque person following Ambrose around. What more could we want?

So what can we expect from the holiday special? The Winter Solstice is being celebrated which in the world of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina means ghost stories and pagan carols, according to Netflix’s official synopsis. Honestly, Dec. 14th is too far, can they just make it available now?

At a time where Netflix is undergoing a lot of changes and letting go of many shows, it is a welcome change to see this series succeed. The first season came out two months ago, and now we have the holiday special to look forward to. And then just a short four months later, season 2 will be available! Doesn’t get better than that, does it?
