The new teaser for Queer Eye season 3 dropped today!

As the days get closer, we’re getting even more excited for the new season of Queer Eye, including what amazing styles the Fab 5 will teach us. What new style will Tan make the new trend? How many ways will Antoni use an avocado? And above all — what amazing styles will Jonathan wear that will make our hearts stop?!

Basically, could March 15th get here any faster? I for one am marking the days and wishing it could get here faster. And I know I’m not alone. Today, Netflix dropped a new preview about season three of Queer Eye, and it looks like it’s going to be better than ever. The preview included a song by Carly Rae Jepsen, her newest single called “Now That I Found You”. This clip of the new season should make everyone even more excited to see the new season.

The preview focuses on two women heroes, which follows the first woman the Fab 5 helped, Mama Tammye in season two. One of the heroes seems to be an African American lesbian who is dealing with being a minority, and the other hero is dealing with losing her brother at an early age. We also get a glimpse of a male hero who has (or had) trouble drinking and our first duo heroes!  It looks like we’re going to have a great new type of season for our third time around, this time in Kansas City.

While Queer Eye originally started as a feel-good television show that was fun and easy to watch, it looks as though the show is using its platform to make statements about serious issues. And if serious issues can be brought to light, there’s no better way than to use a show that has such a big following.

Queer Eye originated in 2018 with the new Fab 5, helping out heroes in Georgia. Now in season 3, the quintet is headed to Kansas City, where they will meet a brand new group of “heroes” needing the Fab 5’s help. The Fab Five includes Antoni Porowski (Food & Wine), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), Karamo Brown (Culture) and Tan France (Fashion).
