Superboy

In the closing minutes of the Titans season finale, the show introduced the infamous Conner Kent. The show introduced Cadmus Laboratories, most recently seen on the CW’s Supergirl, which is infamously known as the place where Superboy was created. Naturally, Conner isn’t extremely pleased to be locked up as a lab rat and he escapes using his sheer powers. On his way out, he also makes sure to free Krypto the Superdog!

While Dylan Sprayberry, who played young Clark Kent in Man of Steel, was the initial favorite to play the role, it was revealed earlier this year that Joshua Orpin had been cast. The twenty-four-year-old actor is expected to play a major role in this upcoming season.

Deathstroke

Every DC Comics property seems to want a version of Deathstroke in their story. The CW’s Arrowverse has their own take while the movies had cast Joe Manganiello as the infamous assassin. While Manu Bennett has largely been praised for his work as Slade, Titans is ready to impress fans with their version.

Esai Morales was recently announced as the latest addition to the cast. The veteran actor has remained quiet about how Slade will factor into next season. Nevertheless, DC has had success with the Judas Contract storyline from Teen Titans and this is the most obvious direction for his inclusion.

Jericho

Deadline revealed today that Chella Man had been cast as Joseph Wilson, otherwise known as Jericho. Wilson is the son of Deathstroke and is also mute after his father didn’t save him from an assassin attack. He has the power of possessing a person through eye contact and is known to have a generally gentle demeanor. Jericho is expected to be a recurring character so its unclear how many episodes he will be in for season 2.
