Chilling Adventures of Sabrina promotes two cast members to series regulars

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is dishing out promotions to two cast members!

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will soon give us the third part of its series, which is hard to believe considering it hasn’t even been a year since the first part premiered. Given its success, things have been on the up and up for the series overall, and most importantly, for its cast. According to a report released by Deadline, Gavin Leatherwood (Nick) and Lachlan Watson (Theo) have been both been bumped from recurring roles to series regulars for the next two parts in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

For those of you who may not know, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina follows the life of a half mortal, half witch named Sabrina Spellman as she struggles to balance both parts of her life. Within the first two parts of the series, Sabrina has changed dramatically, and given how the second part ended, it’s only going to get crazier.

Leatherwood plays Sabrina’s boyfriend the warlock, Nicholas Scratch, who (spoiler alert) was sent away to the pits of Hell with the Dark Lord inside of him in the part two finale. We can only imagine what part three will look like for him when the show returns. Will he and Sabrina ever reunite as lovers? Or has their love story come to an end?

Watson plays one of Sabrina’s best human friends, Theo, who will have some plot development in part three as there will be a potential love interest. I don’t know about all of you, but I’m looking forward to seeing where both characters’ stories will go. To be honest, I thought we had seen the last of Nicholas Scratch so the fact that Leatherwood is a series regular is extremely good news.
