Check out the new trailer for EPIX’s Belgravia!

The upcoming limited series is bound to be a favorite among those who adore period pieces. Belgravia set in 19th century London and focuses on the upper echelon of society. Of course, everyone has a secret and something to lose so the trailer already looks like it will be a tense family affair.

Julian Fellowes, the creator and executive producer of Downton Abbey, is tasked with bringing the limited series to life. Not only is the series written by him, but he also is the author behind the novel it’s based on. EPIX has also tasked John Alexander to direct the massive period piece and help bring to life the beautiful era.

While the trailer is only a minute long, it is jam-packed with both mystery and beautiful costumes. The series has an impressive ensemble, with a majority of the cast seen throughout the video. It includes: Tom Wilkinson, Tamsin Greig, Philip Glenister, Tara Fitzgerald, Alice Eve, Harriet Walter, Richard Goulding, Ella Purnell, Adam James, Saskia Reeves, and James Fleet.

The limited series focuses on a ball hosted by the Duchess of Richmond. It’s at this event where the Trenchard family finds themselves unmoored because of different secrets that might come tumbling out. According to the synopsis, the things that unravel after the ball will have dire consequences for years to come and that the ball will be set on the “eve of the Battle of Waterloo”.
