Marvel’s Runaways will end after season 3.

According to Deadline, Marvel’s hit YA series won’t return for another season after it’s upcoming December run. Runaways is set to have its most ambitious season to date and is bound to go off on a big note.

Fans who might be worried that the show will finish on a cliffhanger can rest easy, apparently, the series will have a “natural ending point” with season 3. With only ten episodes left, here’s hoping our favorite crime-fighting teenagers will get a happy ending.

Season 3 will see the kids face off against the legendary sorceress Morgan le Fay who has an interest in both Nico and Leslie’s unborn child. However, the kids have no idea what they’re in for when Nico leads them into the realm where le Fay rules and they suddenly have a new enemy. However, it’s unclear if the parents will factor into this season as much or if a majority of the time will be focused on the kids and the new villain. This season, fans will get a crossover with Cloak & Dagger, which was also recently canceled.

The series stars Virginia Gardner, Rhenzy Feliz, Gregg Sulkin, Ariela Barer, Lyrica Okano, and Allegra Acosta as the titular team. Annie Wersching, Ever Carradine, James Marsters, Angel Parker, Ryan Sands, Brigid Brannagh, James Yaegashi, Kevin Weisman, Brittany Ishibashi, and Elizabeth Hurley star as the adults.
