Outlander season 5 trailer promises a strong family bond

Outlander season 5 will be a difficult one for the Fraser/MacKenzie family–but they got this!
Outlander is about a month away from premiering its fifth season which will close out this incredibly dreadful Droughtlander we’ve had to deal with as a result. With the premiere date not so far, STARZ has been releasing sneak peeks for fans, and it’s been glorious! In fact, over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had a couple of promos/trailers!
The latest trailer reveals troubled times ahead for the Fraser family, which only always brings them closer. In fact, despite the American Revolutionary War looming above their heads, there is plenty to celebrate. You know, like Brianna and Roger’s wedding!
Between the good and the bad, the Fraser family certainly have their hands full, which is going to create a great family dynamic for the fifth season of Outlander. Plus, as long as we have Jamie and Claire together, there’s nothing that can really go wrong anyway.
Naturally, Jamie will be put in a very difficult position with the fifth season, especially when it comes to his godfather, Murtagh. He’s worked so hard to create a life for himself and their family, and it now all seems to be hanging in the balance. But hey, at least they have a new, very big house! Claire even has her own surgical suite of sorts!
With so much stacked against them, the Frasers are going to really need each other to get through all of it. Especially if the horrible Stephen Bonnet comes back into their lives, which I’m fairly certain he will. It will make for an interesting arc for Brianna and Roger who are trying to focus on their own little family.
Family is the central plot of Outlander season 5, and if the past is any indication, I think the Frasers are going to be just fine.
Outlander season 5 premieres on Feb. 16th on the STARZ network!
