Netflix’s On My Block announces season 3 premiere date

Mark your calendars! Netflix’s On My Block returns for season 3 on March 11th!
On My Block is finally returning for its third season, after nearly a year off, according to Deadline. I was worried there for a bit that we wouldn’t get another season because the lead cast was renegotiating their contracts. But alas, all is well and the kiddos are back–well, sort of.
We last left the group getting kidnapped and stuffed into a van, and were left with a scary cliffhanger. And according to the video announcement below, things aren’t looking too hot for them when the third season kicks off. Who the heck kidnapped them? Will they make it out alive? And is the story for the third season of On My Block?
We have no idea, but I think it’s safe to say, we’re in for yet another wild season. I have to admit, when I first started watching this series, I wasn’t sure I’d be so into it. But admittedly, it’s one of my favorite shows on Netflix, and it’s been something to look forward to over the last three seasons.
In the off-chance that you have not seen On My Block, let me fill you in on what it’s all about. The Netflix series follows four friends growing up in the tough and rough streets of the inner city. In the last two seasons that have aired thus far, they’ve been quite through the wringer.

They’ve dealt with gangs, broken hearts, death, and have a lot more heading their way in this next season. Considering they’ve made it this far, I have a sneaking suspicion they are going to be A-okay (or at least I hope so!).
