Chilling Adventures of Sabrina part 3, episode 5 recap: Chapter Twenty-Five: The Devil Within

Sabrina and Caliban compete for the second part of the Unholy Regalia on this episode of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is exactly that–chilling. And this episode takes things to the next level as Sabrina and Caliban continue to take part in the Unholy Regalia. It’s time for the second part of it which involves getting Pontius Pilate’s bowl.
Luckily, Lilith knew where it was, in a place called Golgotha that was stuck in some sort of perpetual time loop (that sounds horrible). When Sabrina arrives there, she learns that everyone is forced to relive the moments leading up to Pilates washing his hands in the bowl. After that, everyone dies in the time loop, and it starts back up again.
While in Golgatha, Caliban is captured and Sabrina pulls a trick and gets the bowl and leaves Caliban behind. Was that horrible of her? I mean, she is trying to win this competition, isn’t she?

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina trudges along in a fascinating way as Ambrose and Prudence work together to figure out a way to save Agatha and Dorcas. They summon some of the old witches in the hopes that they can get help from them.
Meanwhile, Hilda is gradually turning into a spider thanks to a spell that Circe put on her. It’s really gross and creepy. Goosebumps of fear, everyone.

And then there’s Nick who is going through some very intense rehab courtesy of Ambrose. Basically it’s 30 days of rehab that takes place in one day. During this process, it allowed Ambrose and Sabrina to pull out the Lucifer gunk out of Nick once and for all.

But when all is said and done, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina brings us to the end of the road for Nick and Sabrina. But it’s been too much for Nick given everything he’s been through, so I get it. Time will tell what happens as we progress through the season.
