Dead to Me Season 2 teaser, release date, and more

Netflix has released a teaser for the highly-anticipated Season 2 of dark comedy series Dead to Me starring Linda Cardellini and Christina Applegate.
Get ready for more hilarious antics from Jen and Judy in the upcoming Season 2 of Netflix’s acclaimed dark-comedy, Dead to Me. The streaming service finally released a new teaser and announced the release date, reports TVLine.
So far, we know that Season 2 will pick up in the aftermath of Jen killing Steve. The two women will have to figure out how to keep their deadly secret buried, especially when a new detective shows up and threatens to cause problems for the pair.
Jen and Judy will need to take “drastic measures” to protect themselves and those they love as events in their lives spiral quickly out of control.
Apart from the teaser, we also know that Natalie Morales will be part of the Season 2 cast. Morales will play a new friend to Judy named Michelle.

The teaser doesn’t give away much in terms of plot, but we do get to see a few priceless moments of the two actresses together, including a hilarious exchange about the movie Scarface while they sit down at a place called Cindy’s Restaurant.
A few other quick glimpses into the new season show a church performance, Jen wearing a gas mask, Judy crying and having a breakdown and the two women answering the door while Judy holds a painting of some kind.
Season 2 will consist of ten episodes and all of them will begin streaming on Netflix starting on Friday, May 8.
