5. She-Ra and the Princess of Power (Season 5) – May 15
Unfortunately for fans of Netflix’s hit animated series She-Ra, Season 5 of the show will be its last, as confirmed by the showrunner. The fantasy series following multiple princesses and unique mythology has generated a huge and loyal fan base.
But the good news is, the showrunner reassures fans that the writers knew how many episodes they would have going into the fifth season so they’ve had ample time to plan out a great series ending. It sounds like Season 5 is going to be very intense with some characters switching sides and the continued exploration of themes of light versus dark.
4. White Lines (Season 1) – May 15
White Lines looks like it might be another thrilling television series to binge on Netflix in May and it might become your new guilty pleasure binge. It involves sex parties, thrilling action sequences, a murder mystery, and more. The series begins with a Manchester DJ named Axl being discovered after he disappeared 20 years ago in Ibiza.
His sister sets out to find out the truth about what happened to Axl, and in the process learns some surprising things about herself. The show has been dubbed Ozark meets Money Heist by Unilad. Considering those are two of Netflix’s most popular shows, that is definitely high praise.
