When will The Haunting of Bly Manor premiere on Netflix?
After more than a year of waiting and plenty of tangible anticipation, we finally know when The Haunting of Bly Manor will premiere on Netflix. Starting October 9, fans of the haunting anthology series will be able to watch yet another installment from horror genius Mike Flanagan.
Last week, we reported that Netflix had released some first-look images for the upcoming follow-up to the streaming service’s previous breakout hit The Haunting of Hill House. Now, not only have they released an actual teaser trailer, but we know the exact date The Haunting of Bly Manor premiere and subsequent episodes will be available to watch on Netflix.
Ahead of The Haunting of Bly Manor premiere, let’s break down that creepy teaser trailer.

One of the main things we noticed about the teaser is dolls, lots of creepy dolls. Some people get seriously unsettled when horror films and television shows feature dolls, especially those that seemingly move of their own accord. That happens at least once in the trailer!
There are also glimpses of a woman floating in a slate-gray pond, a little girl who appears to understand there is something malevolent in her bedroom, and, of course, the eerie sound of young children singing a haunting tune.
It appears The Haunting of Bly Manor will have many popular horror staples, and we’re looking forward to seeing how Flanagan distorts and twists them in the new season. He’s great at subverting expectations and the casting is excellent, with many key players from The Haunting of Hill House returning.
When will we get a full-length trailer for The Haunting of Bly Manor?
Since we’re still over one month away from The Haunting of Bly Manor premiere, I think it’ll be at least a couple of weeks before Netflix releases a full-length trailer. I would imagine it will be released by mid-September to get fans even more excited for the new episodes.
