Manifest Season 3: What will happen to the passengers of Flight 828?
Before we get into NBC‘s Manifest Season 3, let’s see how we got here!
Manifest‘s flight 828 landed in New York after disappearing for 5 years. While their loved ones are surprised and someone skeptical of their return, the passengers have no clue that they have even been missing.
So what happened to flight 828? In the first 2 seasons, we meet new passengers as well as new some new pieces to the puzzle, they develop these callings that lead them to help others. But where do they come from and what can they mean? We are short on answers.
With Season 3 on the horizon, we have compiled a list of 5 questions that we want to be answered.

5. Manifest Season 3: What will happen to Zeke?
Okay, so we know that there is a death date on the table. The death date can be calculated by counting the days that a person has been missing and adding that to the day that they returned. For the passengers of 828, we find out that their death date is June 2, 2024.
This theory is figured out from the callings but is confirmed when James Griffin dies at the end of Season 1.
In the episodes leading up to the season 2 finale, Zeke is seen dying of frostbite. Which is accurate given where he was for a year.
After Cal gets kidnapped, Zeke knows he is dying and ends up jumping into the frozen water to save him, on his death date. Zeke then dies in Michaela’s arms as he wanted, but then shortly thereafter, comes back to life.
Why? How did this happen? Did following the callings really get rid of his “death date”? Also now that he is “undead,” will Michaela have mixed feelings about marrying him?
