We’re getting close to the end of Tuca and Bertie Season 2 with just four episodes left! Fingers crossed that Adult Swim renews the show for a third season because it would suck for it to be rescued only to be canceled once more!

But before we worry about that, let’s just focus on the next new episode. We’ve got the synopsis, release date and more for you below!

Tuca and Bertie Season 2 Episode 7 synopsis

Next week’s episode of Tuca and Bertie is the seventh episode of the second season and it will be titled “Sleepovers.” In this episode, we know that Bertie and Tuca are likely going to be living together again based on the way the previous episode ended.

Based on the logline and the promo for the new episode, Tuca is going to be spending more time with Kara, which means less time spent with Bertie. Bertie will also be buying a lot of milk in the next episode for some reason. Maybe baking to cope?

Read the synopsis from Adult Swim below:

"Tuca is caught up in the love bubble of her hot new romance, while Bertie reminisces about their friendship. Bertie also buys a LOT of milk in this episode."

Tuca and Bertie Season 2 Episode 7 release date

Like every other episode that has aired so far this season, the latest episode will air on Cartoon Network during the Adult Swim block at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT on July 25, 2021. The episodes usually follow a new episode of Rick and Morty Season 5.

Tuca and Bertie Season 2 Episode 7 trailer

The promo for “Sleepovers” shows Kara taking Tuca somewhere “really cool,” which turns out to be a place where you can rent hawks to go flying? Sounds cool to me! Then she volunteers to take Tuca to somewhere “uncool,” which is actually just a place she can get some copies made. Then she and Tuca start making out on top of the machine which makes a random old lady realize she might be gay. Hilarious.

It seems like Kara might be sticking around for a while despite Tuca’s fears that she was just toying with her in last week’s episode.
