What’s new on Netflix October 2021

MAID
Streaming Oct. 1

Starring real-life mother and daughter duo Margeret Qualley and Andie MacDowell, Maid is inspired by Stephanie Land’s memoir Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive. This 10-episode comedy-drama miniseries chronicles a single mother who tries to make ends meet by working as a housekeeper and battling against poverty and bureaucracy. Nick Robinson also stars.

ON MY BLOCK SEASON 4

The fourth and final season of On My Block returns this month, picking up right after that surprise two-year time jump that occurred during the Season 3 epilogue.
