These are the questions from The Walking Dead Season 11B we hope get answered.

This is it fans of The Walking Dead. There is one part left of the final season and it looks like it will be a doozy.

Season 11 thus far has been chaotic from Maggie’s unexpected return, to her quarrel with Negan, the defeat of The Reapers, and the group finally arriving at The Commonwealth. A lot more has happened between these events but at this point, we can safely say that The Reapers are dead, and The Commonwealth was not the promised land it appeared to be.

When The Walking Dead returns for the final time in the fall, we have some questions that need to be answered. Where will the likes of Maggie, Lydia, Elijah, and Negan’s community live?

Will Governor Pamela Milton suspect Max’s involvement with the scandal printed in the newspaper? Will Rick Grimes make even a slight appearance?

Listed in no particular order, let’s dive in. Before going forward, spoilers ahead for those who have not caught up with the show.

The Walking Dead question: Where will the survivors live now?

Maggie’s second home might as well be The Hilltop as she worked hard to restore the community after The Whisperers left it in shambles. While rebuilding it she had to deal with The Commonwealth constantly trying to convince her to leave it all behind.

She never budged and because of it she became Lance Hornsby’s enemy. But Maggie wasn’t a fool.

She led her son and the Riverbend community members to safety, sacrificed the mansion at The Hilltop to kill Commonwealth soldiers and in the end survived the night. But The Hilltop fell into Lance’s hands.

As did Alexandria and Oceanside. So where is Maggie, Negan, Annie, Hershel, Lydia, Daryl, Aaron, Gabriel and the Riverbend survivors going to live now?

For starters, while it might not be ideal, The Kingdom and The Sanctuary are still standing. They are, as far as we know, unknown communities to Lance and The Commonwealth.

There isn’t much left but they can be a last resort. Since The Reapers are finally dead Meridian is another option. So long as, again, Lance and The Commonwealth doesn’t know about its existence.

But what about food? Supplies?

Are Daryl, Aaron and Gabriel going to return to The Commonwealth and if so, how will they escape Lance’s wrath for what just happened?

The Walking Dead question: What is Lance Hornsby’s endgame?

Lance Hornsby was never a trustworthy guy. He might have fooled some, but not everyone.

Even though he had hoped Leah would kill Maggie and his soldiers would take care of Daryl, Aaron and Gabriel, he severely underestimated their determination and strength to survive. They all escape his wrath unharmed, but he manages to obtain Alexandria, The Hilltop and Oceanside.

But why? Why does Lance want these communities?

Will he use them to build his own army and take The Commonwealth for himself? Does this takeover have something to do with the mysterious disappearance of several people?

Right now, it’s anyone’s guess.

The Walking Dead question: Where are all the missing people?

Speaking of missing people, where did they go? Why were they taken?

Why haven’t more people at The Commonwealth questioned this? Thankfully sisters Connie and Kelly won’t have to solve this mystery on their own.

They have help from Eugene, Magna, Rosita, Ezekiel, Max and possibly Mercer. This great mystery all started with the disappearance of the young ex-Commonwealth soldier Tyler Davis after he was arrested for threatening Governor Pamela Milton and almost harming her secretary, Max.

From there Connie and Kelly figure out that Mercer is aware of what’s going on, but he won’t get involved. Then they receive a list of all the people who are missing from an anonymous person.

Max is able to successfully swipe Pamela Milton’s list from her files and the names match but what are the codes next to the names? The final part of the season needs to address this and I’m sure they will.

The Walking Dead question: Does Governor Pamela Milton suspect Max?

Speaking of missing people and stealing files, Max has now thrown herself into this great mystery but at what cost? Mercer warned her himself about getting involved.

Since the group couldn’t figure out what the numbers or codes meant with the associated names, they decide to run a different type of article. They share Sebastian Milton’s most recent scandal involving the mission to steal money from mansions outside the border.

This makes front page news and Pamela is far from happy about it. But will she suspect Max?

Max is the closest person to the governor and acted quite strange the day before the article is printed. On top of that a drunken Sebastian caught her looking through files.

If Max is caught does this mean the whole mission fails? Will Max rat out Eugene and his friends to save herself?

Will Lance Hornsby’s actions make their way to Pamela’s desk and take precedence over her rotten son’s actions?

The Walking Dead question: Will Rick Grimes return in time for the series finale?

Yes, this has been on our mind since it was announced that season 11 would be the final season for The Walking Dead. Yes, we know that the Rick Grimes films are supposed to be coming.

But due to the constant radio silence about the leading man we have to ask, if he will make an appearance before the series ends? Will his name be mentioned?

Will we hear his voice on a walkie-talkie? Will something, anything be revealed about what happened to Rick Grimes?! Even though incredible and leading characters like Michonne and Daryl were able to keep The Walking Dead going since Rick’s last episode, it truly hasn’t been the same without him.

We’re not expecting or asking for much, but just something regarding Rick Grimes would be the perfect way to end the series.
