Dear readers, we have great news to share about Bridgerton season 3! If you are not following the official Bridgerton Twitter account you may have missed this fantastic announcement.
Several cast members were thrilled to share that Bridgerton season 3 has officially begun filming! The romantic period piece drama based on the novels by Julia Quinn has been bringing viewers back in time to the Regency Era in England.
In a time where marriage means everything for a young woman, the stakes and pressure is high to meet and marry a suitable man and with luck, actually, fall in love. Season 1 brought together stubborn and hopeful Daphne Bridgerton and Simon Basset while season 2 gave us the complicated and dramatic Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma.

But who will fall in love in season 3? The brief clip shows the likes of Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Claudia Jessie (Eloise Bridgerton), Luke Thompson (Benedict Bridgerton), Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), and of course Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton) and Nicola Coughlan (Penelope Featherington).
Who do you want to see the most in Bridgerton season 3?
Each of the cast members are in the midst of costume and makeup, changing two fingers to three, signifying the change from season 2 to season 3. That and Nicola herself shares the news while sitting in a carriage before Luke joins her.
Unfortunately, we do not see Simone Ashley (Kate Sharma) in this clip, but we hope to see the new Countess Bridgerton at some point this season. We’re clawing at the walls for some Anthony and Kate updates, preferably positive ones.
Maybe we’ll hear of a future baby Bridgerton? Regardless we look forward to more filming updates!
