Actors from His Dark Materials describe the final season

The third and final season of His Dark Materials will be arriving next month on HBO. The series based on the books by Philip Pullman has had many twists and turns as Lyra’s mission to find and stop her father Lord Asriel, before he unveils the truth behind “dust” upon her world.

Lord Asriel is the least of her worries as Lyra and her daemon Pan must outrun her mother, Mrs. Coulter, and The Magisterium. She often finds herself entering other worlds that she never knew existed and befriends Will.

Now Lyra’s world is on the brink of war as the knowledge of other worlds’ existing needs to remain a secret. Witches are getting involved and it seems the only way to resolution relies solely on Lyra and the alethiometer she carries.

But will the appearance of the angels change everything? At this point, we’re mostly concerned about how Will and Lyra reunite.
