What we know about The Boys season 4 so far, thanks to Twitter/X

Fans of The Boys are in for a special treat! The official Twitter or X account of the hit Amazon Prime Video series shared some information about season 4, due to return sometime next year.

In the tweet, fans were treated to a sneak peak of sorts, where it was revealed that season 4 will take place about a month after the Gen V season 1 finale, that Butcher knows about the virus created to kill all supes, Homelander will stand trial and that Gen V season 2 will pick up right after the season 4 finale. Keep in mind this is just a taste of what will happen next season.

There is no confirmation as to how Valorie Curry, Susan Heyward, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s characters will be affecting the story. Similarly, there are no hints as to whether we’ll see Soldier Boy return or what Victoria Neuman tends to do with Marie and the others from Gen V, after the catastrophic events from the season 1 finale.

Fans will have to wait until 2024 for The Boys season 4

How often will The Boys season 4 and Gen V season 1 overlap? These mysteries may not remain secrets for long, as we’re expecting a lot more updates regarding the cast, as well as teaser releases thanks to the resolve of the Actor’s Strike (SAG-AFTRA).
