The time has come to close the curtains on Fear the Walking Dead, whether we as fans are ready for it or not. It has been a privilege and a pleasure getting to cover Fear the Walking Dead for a short time and I will never forget my experience.

I hope FTWD has touched your lives in some variety and made you see that no one’s gone until they’re gone, as well as that everyone deserves a second chance. These are phrases that can carry over to the world of non-fiction in our everyday lives.

It’s never too late to change and make the world a better place than you found it. Especially the way the currently world is in hopelessness and devastation, those are words we really need to hear right now.

As we come to the end of the road, the heroes of Fear the Walking Dead will make one last stand for survival. There are turns and twists from start to finish in the final two episodes

The ones who end up being the enemy in the end may surprise you. Kim Dickens marvelously shines in another masterclass performance for the veteran leading lady.

Madison Clark does what Madison Clark does. She is a legend in her own right and leaves this show in a jaw-dropping and impactful way, as you would expect from the Queen of the show.

I have reveled in Daniel Sharman’s portrayal of Troy Otto. He has brought intense entertainment to the screen again.

And let’s face it, we’re all loving the eye candy. The chemistry he has with Dickens has been superb and they have taken season 8B to a whole new level.

No offense Morgan. One of the best things about both of these episodes is connection: the ties between Daniel, Luciana, Madison, and Strand.

There is so much history between those characters. You can feel how deep their roots run with each other and when it’s spoken on screen, it will bring you back to the very first season of the show.

It’s not sunshine and roses with this group but they have a way of being able to fight and look past even the things that anger them the most about each other. Because that’s what family does.

As we reach the finish line it’s all about family, purpose, second chances, who deserves them and who doesn’t. Mostly, it is all about fate.

The path that brought everybody together isn’t necessarily the path that will be chosen. The series finale of Fear the Walking Dead won’t leave many with dry eyes.

There are some frustrating parts I struggled with and some inconsistent writing throughout the show’s tenure. In the end, I think you will find peace with this series.

The Clark family will never be forgotten.
