General Hospital Jan. 22-26 spoilers: Spencer and Trina head off to the City of Love

To the naked eye, it may look like Nina is at her lowest point on General Hospital. Drew gave Carly the upper hand, and the war of the grandmas doesn’t look to be stopping anytime soon. Unfortunately. Drew allowed Carly to take back some control in her life by giving her Nina’s job at Crimson, and Carly was once again handed keys to the kingdom by you guessed it, another man.

It is certainly not legal in any way, and I don’t see it lasting. Drew Cain is smart enough to know that. But backing Nina up against a wall is probably the last thing they want to do. When that volcano erupts, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

As one marriage crashes, another could be blossoming. Trina and Spencer will be off to embrace their Parisian experience this week. With so much stress now behind them…Esme and Ace, primarily, what would stop these lovebirds from possibly tying the knot? Yes, they are young, but when you know you just know.

Monday, January 22 GH spoilers

Nina wants to know if this is it for Carly’s revenge now that she’s taken over her job. Sadly, for Drew and Carly, this may backfire. Nina is successful in her own right because she has the education and experience. But before Nina leaves her office, she lets Carly know it isn’t over. The one thing they do have in common is knowing how to settle a score.

The battle of strategic intelligence begins with Scotty and Tracy. Now let’s face it, Scott has done some horrible things in his life to get one over on people, but he’s no match for Tracy. Not to mention, Tracy has been tricked into marriage before by Luke. And anytime Lucy is part of any diabolical plan, it always ends up blowing in her face.

Tuesday, January 23 GH spoilers

Finn’s legal troubles keep persisting. In a trial, that nobody asked for. The only thing I can hope for at this point is Jason or Lucky returning as hopefully Elizabeth gets another storyline soon.

Tracy is already one step ahead of Scott in his manipulation game. His biggest mistake was trying to “warn” Tracy of Lucy. Now come on Scotty boy, that’s a big red flag even for a dumb person. Lucy and Scott have been as thick as thieves, especially since Bobbie’s funeral when they leaned on each other.

Tracy may make it seem like she’s playing into Scott Baldwin’s trap but it may be Scotty who ends up falling off the cliff.

Wednesday, January 24 GH spoilers

Portia has never been a fan of Spencer, but Curtis has tried to remain neutral for the sake of Trina. He decides to throw a big going away party in honor of Trina.

Trina and Spencer have been General Hospital’s it couple for some time now. There’s no better way to start February, the month of love, than in Paris, the City of Love. These two have been through hell and back, but now Esme, Nikolas, and Ace are in the rearview mirror. Nothing but happiness is straight ahead. They are already a couple so in love, and Paris could only bring this power couple closer.

Trina is already successful in the art world and Spencer was born successful just by being a Cassadine. What do they really have standing in their way? Their love is undeniable and if TJ and Molly can marry so young why can’t they?

Thursday, January 25 GH spoilers

Alexis and Sonny have a long history and anytime they are on-screen together, it’s a masterclass of deep emotions. They, of course, share a child together, Kristina. Not to mention, there are still a lot of Sonny/Alexis “sexis” shipping fans out there. Sonny will be trying to give Alexis her very own counsel.

Friday, January 26 GH spoilers

On Friday, there will be two exes coming together. Valentin will offer Nina a proposition. Could this help her in her ultimate revenge against Carly? Honestly, if anyone deserves some, it’s her. On the other hand, Sonny will be making some sort of plans with Ava. Now what could Sonny have up his sleeves presently?

If one thing is for certain, it’s that Sonny is focusing his mind on other things and not embracing any divorce yet. He’s still wearing his ring and continues to work closely with Ava. It wasn’t that long ago he couldn’t stand being in the same room with Ava, and didn’t even like sharing custody. If they can get past their previous transgressions and come to a place of understanding, it may not be long before he can look past what Nina did. Sonny certainly has loved few women the way he loves Nina. And that’s why the pain is so raw right now.
