5 burning questions for the Big Little Lies finale

In episode 4, “Push Comes to Shove,” it is revealed that Madeline and the head of the theater group, Joseph, had an affair a year ago, after sharing a kiss. In episode 6, “Burning Love,” Madeline tells her eldest daughter Abigail about the affair.

Throughout the series, Ed has been a solid rock for Madeline and her blended family. However, with each episode, Ed has slowly been growing impatient with Madeline’s callous treatment of him, and I believe he suspects she is up to something, after the car wreck she and Joseph were in together in Episode 5, “Once Bitten.”

If Madeline does confess the affair to Ed, what will he do? Will the faithful and steadfast husband stick by her side? Or, will he leave her? I personally think he will stay, and try to work things out. But I guess we will find out tonight.
